With a decade of professional experience, Alexandra combines her passion for technology with horse riding, the gym and a love for horror books and movies. We’re just hoping she doesn’t bring any scary plot twists to the codebase. 👀
 
🥋 Paulo Dias — Business Analyst
Twenty years into his career and still driven by continuous learning and digital transformation. Outside work, Paulo is a kung fu master and instructor, a classical guitar player, a cinema enthusiast and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his son.

Our team was at Jobshop Ciências 2026, meeting students and recent graduates eager to learn more about the tech world and the opportunities ahead. 🎓 We had the chance to talk with many bright minds about career paths and what it’s like to be part of the InnoTech team.
