Gruta de Benagil 🇵🇹📍
É um lugar mesmo incrível, há diversas formas de se chegar a gruta: a nado, standup paddle, caiaque ou de barco. A gruta f**a na praia de benagil, mesmo ao lado. Nesse dia fomos 2 casais, os meninos foram nadando com pé de pato e máscaras, e as meninas no standup. A experiência foi ótima e bem rápida mesmo cerca de 10 minutos já estávamos na gruta.
Aconselhamos ir pela manhã pois é mais vazia, e a remada e nado f**am mais fácil com a maré a favor 😅 Pois fomos na parte da tarde e a volta foi um tanto quanto cansativa hahaa
Mas valeu muito! A água estava incrível e depois de voltar da gruta ainda curtimos um pouquinho à praia 🏖
Verão já se vai deixando muitas saudades e vontade de quero mais!

Benagil Cave 🇵🇹📍
It is an incredible place, there are several ways to reach the cave: swimming, standup paddle, kayak or boat. The cave is on Benagil beach, right next door. That day we were 2 couples, the boys were swimming with fins and masks, and the girls in the standup. The experience was great and very fast even after about 10 minutes we were already in the cave.
We advise you to go in the morning as it is more empty, and the rowing and swimming are easier with the tide in favor 😅 Because we went in the afternoon and the return was somewhat tiring hahaa
But it was worth a lot! The water was amazing and after returning from the cave we still enjoyed the beach a little bit 🏖
Summer is already leaving many homesickness and desire for more!
