Hosted a birthday dinner at Seed House for which included a guest list of three little pup pups. Having small dogs bounce around the venue was like a dream come true and it got me thinking MAYBE Sebze is missing a cuddly little mascot 😏

It’s my favorite month of the year, the beginning of summer in my never ending beach life and a time when the streets of Lisbon come ALIVE with the Santos Populares festivals 🐟 While being a chef requires more time inside than I prefer, I’m beyond grateful to have such a sunny little space to create in 🌿

Hi, I’m Utku — co-founder of Sebze Lisboa and Seed House alongside Alexandra. Since I’ve never been one for showing my face online, you’ve probably seen more of my illustrations than me around here.
I studied comics and animation, but ever since we landed in Lisbon, I’ve worn just about every hat imaginable for the business— event and workshop organizer, designer, chef (and sous chef), cleaner, handyman, mover, shopper, exhibition organizer, you name it...
This journey has been long, demanding, and full of sacrifices — but here we are, woven into the fabric of this city we love. Seed House is just beginning to bloom, and every bit of your curiosity, warmth and support is what keeps us growing.
