Some days ago, our colleagues Rodrigo Frazão, Danúbia Almeida, Bernardo Grilo and José David Pereira jumped into _geekathon_’25 – Driving the Future with AI, and what an experience it was! ❤️

We built Wheelie, a travel assistant designed to make public transport smarter and more accessible. 🌍🚌

With a simple voice or chat command like “Take me to the Algarve”, Wheelie suggests the best route, integrates with Google Maps, and provides details such as vehicle capacity and accessibility conditions (wheelchair-friendly, etc.).

We didn’t take home the trophy 🏆 this time, but we did gain something even better:
