O W3C publicou recentemente os critérios de validação de conformidade do WCAG - Accessibility Conformance Testing (ACT) Rules, onde classificou os critérios de acordo com o tipo de validação que podem ter: manual (a maioria), semiautomática, automática ou com validador (de código).
