Meeting of the Tokitsu family... in Lisbon / Rio Maior!

This year Master Kenji Tokitsu will direct the long-awaited "Summer Seminar" in Portugal. This meeting is especially aimed at practitioners of his method — Jiseido, but open to all who are interested in seeking health, well-being and effectiveness through the practices that characterize this method.

With the aim of transmitting the results of his incessant research work, O-Sensei will present at the Rio Maior Internship Center, just 60 minutes from Lisbon, exercises to activate and strengthen the body and its application to martial forms, which will fill the approximately 16 hours of practice with O-Sensei, in a very pleasant and comfortable environment. In addition, 4 thematic workshops of 1 hour each are planned!

It is an opportunity to practice, socialize and "breathe" the Jiseido method, for 4 days, in several languages. In a place specially designed for this type of meeting: the Rio Maior Internship Center.

A meeting of the Tokitsu Ryu family that they won't want to miss and that they will never be able to forget!
