Our systematic review and meta-analysis demonstrate that upper limb access for Fenestrated and Branched Endovascular Aortic Repair is both safe and effective, with low risks of stroke, mortality, and minimal local complications. These findings offer key insights for clinical decision-making, especially in cases where femoral access fails.
