It’s not the disease or infirmity that heals, it’s the person. And, no matter how much I explain this in my seminars, there seems to be a continual flow of questions about whether this disease or that disease can be healed.

One of the few ways in which you can limit yourself in this process is through your belief system, or what I call your “buy-ins.” If you buy in to the concept that a certain disease or infirmity can’t be healed, you may possibly prove yourself right. I say possibly because the universe may override you, or offer you up the opportunity to rise above your beliefs. Just the same, it’s a hindrance you need not encounter.

There are many reasons why some people choose not to get well: These reasons rarely have anything to do with you.

Eric Pearl - The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself (Ch. 15)

When Dr. Eric Pearl began exhibiting a mysterious healing ability in 1993, he could imagine neither what it might be, nor its source. Vamos respirar Energia?

Proponho um exercício para começar o dia ou a semana com mais ânimo, coragem e energia:

Seja num lugar agradável (jardim, parque, praia, etc.) ou simplesmente apenas ao sair à rua (de preferência que seja numa zona sem fumo dos carros e afins), vamos dar algumas inspirações lentas e profundas. Ao mesmo tempo que enchemos o peito com ar fresco e renovado, esboçamos um sorriso e imaginamos que estamos a inspirar uma Luz branca e purificadora e essa Luz vai percorrer cada canto, cada célula do nosso corpo. E ao expirarmos, imaginamos que estamos a deitar para fora do nosso corpo toda a sujidade, todos os detritos, todas as impurezas e preocupações que a Luz branca limpou.
Podemos fazer este exercício ao acordar, ao sair à rua, ao final da tarde...enfim, a qualquer hora que possamos necessitar de uma "lufada de ar fresco" em nós e de algo que nos ajude a encarar o novo dia ou outra situação qualquer.

Tudo é Energia, Vibração. Porque não jogarmos com ela para melhorarmos as nossas vidas e vivermos mais Felizes?
