One thing we pride ourselves on is staying compliant with State requirements and ensuring that all necessary standards are met at all times.

We recently completed a training session for our active caregivers, ensuring that their files, certifications, and required documentation are up to date and in compliance.

We also had the pleasure of hosting two caregivers from outside our agency who requested to attend the training. Congratulations to both of you on successfully completing the program as well!

One of the things we enjoy most about hosting these trainings is hearing the diverse experiences shared by our caregivers. It is especially rewarding when both new and experienced caregivers are present, as it provides an opportunity for our senior caregivers to share their knowledge and practical insights with those who are just starting out.

While we train according to State requirements, learning from real-life experiences is invaluable. The lessons and wisdom shared by experienced caregivers often make it easier for newcomers to understand the work we do and the challenges they may encounter in the field.

To our senior caregivers, we hope you will continue to be a beacon of light for our new caregivers, guiding them and sharing your knowledge with passion, compassion, and heart.
