👉🏽 For ministries, other government agencies, public bodies and institutions, the holiday begins on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 and ends on Saturday, 30 May 2026. Employees will resume work on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

👉🏽 Qatar Central Bank, banks and financial institutions are subject to the supervision of the bank and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority; the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank determines the start and end dates of the holiday.

Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers Qatar Chapter proudly joined PPO-Q during the Usapang Qabayan radio program with Qabayan Radio’s RJ Millie G last 23 May 2026 through the segment “Get to Know PPO-Q 2026: Empowering Filipino Professionals in Qatar.”

PIChE Qatar Chapter President Engr. Patrick Luis Soriano, who also serves as PPO-Q Social Media Coordinator, was one of the main guests alongside PPO-Q Chairperson Engr. Jaeger M. Gaorano and Sportsfest Chairperson Engr. Herlou S. Binghay during the program.

The discussion highlighted PPO-Q’s vision, initiatives, and upcoming activities that promote professional growth, collaboration, and community engagement among Filipino professionals in Qatar.

The broadcast also brought together leaders from various Filipino professional organizations, strengthening camaraderie and partnerships within the Filipino professional community.
