Qatargas has announced a long-term SPA with PetroChina to supply China with around 3.4 million tonnes of LNG per annum. Under the 22-year SPA, which ends in 2040, Qatargas will supply LNG from the Qatargas 2 project, a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum, ExxonMobil and Total, to different receiving terminals across China.

Doha Bank has collaborated with MasterCard to launch a suite of new debit card products with value-added services for its customers. The range consists of the Doha Bank MasterCard Debit Card, as well as premium World Elite and World variants. The cards will allow users to conduct contactless transactions using their debit card when in the country on NAPS as well as internationally through MasterCard’s platform.

Doha Bank triumphed in the ‘Best Arab Customers Services’ category at the recent Arab Banks Awards and Commendations of Excellence event in Beirut. Organized by the World Union for Arab Bankers (WUAB), the awards ceremony was attended by regional financial and banking leaders and industry experts.
