جمعت جلسة منتدى الدوحة بعنوان “تكافؤ الفرص: النهوض بحقوق الإنسان في عالم الرياضة”، المدراء التنفيذيين في اللجنة العليا؛ ناصر الخوري، المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الجيل المبهر؛ وفاطمة النعيمي، المدير التنفيذي لإدارة الاتصال والإعلام؛ ومحمود قطب، المدير التنفيذي لإدارة رعاية العمال.

وتناولت الجلسة الدروس المستفادة من استضافة دولة قطر لكأس العالم 2022 والمبادرات المتعلقة بالإرث المستدام للبطولة العالمية، ومساهمتها في تعزيز حقوق الإنسان في مجال الرياضة، وكيفية الاستفادة من الرياضة كأداة لتمكين الأفراد وبناء مجتمعات مترابطة وأكثر شمولاً، منوهين بأن تكافؤ الفرص مسؤولية فعلية تتطلب جهوداً متضافرة من الأفراد والمؤسسات والدول.

Leveraging the universal power of sport, today’s Doha
Forum session — A Level Playing Field: Advancing Human Rights Across the World of Sport — brought together Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy executives: Nasser Al Khori, Executive Director, Generation Amazing Foundation; Fatma Al Nuaimi, Executive Director, Communications & Media; and Mahmoud Qutub, Executive Director, Workers’ Welfare & Labour Rights.

The panel highlighted how lessons from Qatar’s FIFA World Cup 2022 and its legacy initiatives continue to drive global progress on human rights in sport, turning sport into a platform for dignity, inclusion and opportunity.

Their core message: sport is more than competition — it is a strategic force for empowerment, stronger communities and more inclusive societies.

A level playing field is not just an aspiration — it’s a shared commitment.

Today, we joined the panel “Education in Conflict: Adaptation, Resistance, and Human Capital Development” at to spotlight a truth we see every day: even in crisis, learning must not stop.
Through our sport for development programmes, we equip displaced youth with essential soft skills: confidence, teamwork, leadership, and hope; proving that safe play can open pathways back to education and possibility.
Our Executive Director took part in this important conversation, reminding the world that education is a basic right for every child, everywhere.
