A Holistic approach to health combining ancient Chinese Medicine techniques and modern medicine

Like with all conditions, Chinese medicine takes a holistic approach when it comes to treating PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). This is in contrast to using medications such as OCPs (" The pill") which alter the hormonal balance by use of external hormones - meaning as soon as you go off the pill, the symptoms reappear. By treating the root cause and not just the symptoms, the body will be able to heal and stay in balance long after the treatment.☯️✨

Besides the hormonal imbalance, lifestyle and diet plays a huge role in managing PCOS. Check out to see the biokinetesist approach to dealing with PCOS ✨

In Chinese Medicine, there are many therapies that may be used ranging from Acupuncture to Gua Sha to Herbal medicine and many others in between. The one thing all these therapies have in common is they assist the body's natural ability to heal itself.

There is also a huge emphasis on the patient's commitment to healing in regards to lifestyle and diet changes which can be equally important to the practitioner's role.

Your body is an incredible instrument, which was pre-programmed to keep you alive however it can. With just a little (sometimes a bit more) help along the way you can help yourself to reach optimal health.

If you're someone that needs assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
