What an incredible three-week training journey with Sensei Romeo Ballares, 7th Dan Yoshinkan Aikido.

From the first bow on the tatami to the last technique, every session was filled with discipline, energy, and pure Yoshinkan spirit.
Sensei Romeo pushed us to refine our basics, stay sharp in our movement, and train with heart.
His guidance, patience, and positive energy lifted the whole dojo.

These weeks reminded us why Yoshinkan Aikido is special, strong basics, precise techniques, respect, growth, community.
