🚨 WE ARE HIRING – IT SUPPORT ENGINEER 🚨

📍 Work Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
⏳ Duration: 3 Months

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration
✔️ Experience supporting multiple branches/sites (remote & on-site)
✔️ Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routers & switches
✔️ Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices
✔️ Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365 support
✔️ Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
✔️ Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP management
✔️ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
✔️ Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco)
✔️ Experience with CCTV, Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems
✔️ Hardware installation, maintenance, and IT asset management
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
✔️ Free Visa with Valid QID Mandatory
✔️ Ras Laffan Gate Pass is an advantage

🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

➕ Preferred Certifications:
* CompTIA A+
* CompTIA Network+
* CCNA
