It was one of the toughest times I have ever faced.. I was unable to eat, sleep, do my workout or progress on it. Plus the fact that I have grown up to realise that I smile in every single situations in my life, good or bad, sad or happy I will keep on .

And as much as I was happy to start this program I just pushed myself but my nights were full of and lots of prayers, I’m still not recovered yet Alhamdulilah I’m still blessed with my health, and what I have Alhamdulilah. It will pass nothing lasts forever.
