Job Selection is recruiting German-speaking EU candidates for an Animator Cruise Staff position onboard ocean cruise ships.

This opportunity is ideal for energetic, creative and guest-focused candidates who enjoy entertainment, public interaction and creating a positive atmosphere onboard.

✅ Requirements:
• EU candidates only
• German-speaking candidates required
• English: minimum B1 level
• One additional language: minimum B1 level
• Italian language is considered an advantage
• Secondary school education
• Tourism or language background is a plus
• Enthusiastic, creative and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Problem-solving oriented
• Computer literate
• Previous cruise ship / shipboard experience is a strong advantage
• STCW is mandatory before embarkation

📌 Position details:
• Gross salary: 1,239 EUR / month
• Gross variable bonus: 225 EUR / month
• Rotation: 4–6 months onboard
• Board, room and travel expenses covered by the company
• Shared cabin with another person of the same s*x
• STCW course reimbursement at the end of the first contract
