Robucats Rescue & Foster
Rescue, Foster, TNR (trap/neuter/return) in Bucharest, Romania ♥️
Good morning from cojones-free Caspian as of last weekend ♥️
I'm a big fan of pediatric spay & neuter (at 2 months old) which has been practiced in North American veterinary medicine for almost two decades but which unfortunately, hasn't made it to this part of the world yet. In Romania, female cats minimum spay age is 4 months old (with an average of 6 months old depending on the vet) and male kittens minimum spay is 7 months old (with many vets recommending to wait until 1 year old). The belief among vets is that early neuter for boys will affect their urinary system later on but this information is simply outdated and invalid. A vet-recommended dry-based diet will affect their urinary system, not early neuter. In fact, the latest studies show the exact opposite including prevention of picked up behaviors like spraying which might be tough to break even after neutering. Anyways, now I can promote him for adoption as I do not adopt out unspayed/unneutered kittens ♥️
Good morning with baby Amari (9 months) 😻 she is a princess all around 😁♥️ Amari is available for adoption together with her brother Marlon who is equally black and affectionate. They are both dewormed, vaccinated, spayed and neutered ♥️
