Spring is cancelled. As such this weekend we're switching it up a bit. No more sandwiches, the weather dictates or rather screams for soup.

Phở Bò, vietnamese goodness with a touch of Forager:

👉Homemade handmade rice noodles
👉Eggs pickled in our homemade tare sauce
👉Green kimchi, a spicy, acidic and sweet concoction which is probs the best kimchi we ever made
👉Many a greens
👉Homemade spicy and tare sauces to be served with the soup

There'll also be a vegan option that we'll let you know about pronto.

Cu aceste două microloturi de Kombucha si Jun îmbuteliate facem pași timizi spre a ajunge la voi și altfel decât am făcut-o pànă acum.

Kombucha și Jun-ul noastre sunt făcute cu ceaiuri bio de cea mai bună calitate si fermentate lent. Le îmbuteliem nepasteurizate și neflitrate pentru a reține toate probioticele rezultate din fermentare, dar și gustul care i-a făcut pe mulți dintre cei care le-au încercat să își schimbe părerea despre kombucha.

Asta înseamnă și că procesul de fermentare continuă în sticlă, așadar deschideți cu atenție sticlele dacă nu vreți să vă văruiți tavanul casei cu fermenți. 😀
