Electrical Technician Offshore

Our client, a world’s leading Geo-data specialist that serves clients around the globe, predominantly in the energy and infrastructure industries by collecting and analysing comprehensive information about the Earth and the structures built upon it, is currently looking for an Electrical Technician.

Job description
• You make sure the specialized equipment is working perfectly;
• You take care of the necessary maintenance activities;
• You work on projects for site investigations for clients in the oil and gas industry and renewable energy e.g. the development of offshore wind-farms;
• You follow training at our warehouse in the Netherlands to make sure that you get familiar with our specific geotechnical equipment and that your knowledge is always up-to-date (initial training will be a period between 1 – 2 months);
• You assist with maintenance activities at our warehouse;
• You continuously learn, improve and develop new skills to grow further in your specialism.

Requirements
• You have a High School/Secondary education in the electrical field and preferably previous offshore experience;
• You have the availability to work 180/195 days offshore per annum;
• You have good communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
• You have an adventurous attitude and positive approach to problems, you are optimistic and cooperation-oriented.
