🚀 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦

Starting June 1st, 2026, Corina Ilinca, former Chief Partnership Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Laura Rosianu joins the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This transition marks a stage focused on increasing our global client portfolio, expanding our teams of bright experts in building amazing software products, increasing the visibility of the company’s deep engineering expertise and technical capabilities, further accelerating AI capabilities, and strengthening strategic partnerships.

Prior to her appointment, Corina Ilinca served as Chief Partnership Officer within the company, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives, as well as leading the development of strategic collaborations both with technology providers whose software products support development processes and with international partners alongside whom Softbinator Technologies built software products. Corina Ilinca combines experience in business development, research, and technology, with an interdisciplinary educational background in computer science (PhD candidate) and social sciences (PhD in Quantitative Sociology). Throughout her career, she has participated as a speaker at international conferences and published research papers focused on data analysis and processing methodologies used to test research hypotheses.

Laura Roșianu brings extensive experience in operations, organizational scaling, and growth management, having previously held leadership roles such as General Manager and Head of Growth, where she contributed to the development of scalable operational frameworks and business expansion strategies. She also held coordination positions within an international organization, gaining experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex operational environments. She is a graduate of the Bucharest International School of Management. Recognized for her contribution to building and scaling high-impact organizations, Laura Roșianu was included in the Forbes “30 Under 30” ranking in 2021. Her expertise in operational excellence, organizational development, and ex*****on will support Softbinator Technologies’ next stage of international growth and scaling.
