Nr. 2 Diplomația presupune reglarea tonului și selectarea atentă a cuvintelor.

Nr. 3 Scuzele oferite și recompensarea prejudiciul creat este calea diplomatică de a evita conflictul.

Nr. 6 Diplomatul caută să identifice aspectele comune și de acolo pornește dialogul.
