Design Thinking Society

A perfect mix to use the Design Thinking collaboration framework: a diverse team of 20 people from PwC and the onboarding process redesign challenge for AIESEC in Portugal.

Our 20 amazing participants from Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Channel Islands, Lebanese Republic and Czech Republic, met in Lisbon recently to develop a solution to improve the onboarding and retention experience for the young volunteers willing to join AIESEC in Portugal.

✔️ When we use the Design Thinking framework, diversity to bring multiple perspectives is a must, and the team is more likely to solve problems and be innovative.

✔️ Based on the findings from young volunteers during the empathy and define phases, the team sketched ideas and prototyped low-fidelity solutions to test with real users.

✔️ It was more than rewarding to acknowledge how the solutions and the project insights will contribute to a better onboarding process to create a meaningful impact on AIESEC young people's lives, as the client's management board mentioned.
