Coaching Attic

Our Story

The Coaching Attic is multi-functional space in Bucharest, where Senior Managers and Team Leaders together with entrepreneurs participate in a self determined journey.

In a warm designed attic, part from our residence in Cotroceni area, this cozy space welcomed more than 300 people: coaching clients, partners, coaches who attended our events. People appreciate mostly the friendly atmosphere, quality of people, sharing relevant experiences, talking openly and finding solutions for their problems.

We launched Mentoring Circles back in 2011, and many participants are professional coaches now, with PCC and MCC level enjoying successful careers. Falls were dedicated for honing business skills needed in coaching practice, location in scenic Greek Islands.

62 students graduated from our Balkans Academy, many of them are Team Leaders, Senior Managers activating in major corporations and using coaching principles in current leadership practices.

We run Team Leaders Accelerators that provide measurable results in 90 days and continue to transfer coaching competences via our two main open courses: Art of Conversation for Managers, Team Coaching Accelerated path.
