🇷🇴 Pe data de 13 iunie, te invităm să participi la un curs de leadership organizat în cadrul Colegiul Național Gheorghe Lazăr!

Vrei să afli ce înseamnă să fii lider? 👀 La acest curs vei descoperi cm să coordonezi o echipă, cm să comunici eficient și cm să iei decizii smart într-o perioadă în care ești înconjurat de Inteligența Artificială.

Te așteaptă activități interactive prin care îți vei dezvolta încrederea în tine și abilitatea de a lucra în echipă. Vei învăța că leadershipul nu înseamnă doar să conduci, ci și să inspiri și să îi susții pe ceilalți și cm să rămâi autorul propriilor idei.

🇬🇧 On June 13th, we invite you to take part in a leadership course organized at Colegiul Național Gheorghe Lazăr!

Do you want to find out what it means to be a leader? During this course, you will discover how to coordinate a team, communicate effectively, and make smart decisions in a time period when Artificial Intelligence is everywhere.

You’ll take part in interactive activities that will help you build confidence in yourself and improve your teamwork skills. You will learn that leadership is not just about leading, but also about inspiring and supporting others and how to remain your own ideas' author.

🇷🇴: În zilele de 23-24 mai, cu ocazia Porților Deschise în Colegiul Național „Gheorghe Lazăr”, echipa noastră a avut oportunitatea de a introduce competiția FIRST Tech Challenge, principiile și valorile sale. În decursul acestor zile am apropiat vizitatorii de lumea roboticii, oferind o înțelegere mai amplă a parcursului construirii unui robot.

Am explicat cm parcurge echipa noastră aceste etape, precum și procesul de găsire și instruire a noilor recruți anual, încurajând pe oricine prezintă aptitudini sau interes de a lucra în acest domeniu și de a dobândi abilități noi să aplice indiferent de bagajul de cunoștințe anterior.

A fost o experiență unică și o oportunitate minunată de a ne conecta cu persoane de toate vârstele pe tema pasiunilor noastre comune și sperăm că le-am stârnit un interes față de vastul domeniu al roboticii.

🇬🇧: On the 23rd-24th of May, during the Open Days at “Gheorghe Lazăr” National College, our team had the opportunity to introduce the FIRST Tech Challenge, its core principles and values. Throughout the event, we familiarized visitors to the world of robotics, offering insight on the lengthy yet fascinating course of creating a robot.

We explained how our team handles each of the necessary tasks, as well as the process behind finding and tutoring new members each year, encouraging all who wish to experience working in this domain and learn new skills to apply regardless of their backgrounds.

It was a unique and wonderful opportunity to connect with people of all ages on our shared passions and hopefully sparked a further interest to explore the vast field of robotics.

🇷🇴 Pe data de 3 aprilie echipa noastră a avut ocazia de a prezenta elevilor de clasa a V-a ai Școlii Gimnaziale Nr. 197 proiectul ecologic ECOrobot. Elevii au avut ocazia de a învăța despre ecologie și cm poate aceasta sa fie îmbinată cu robotica.

Aceștia au avut ocazia de a-și imagina proprii roboți care să ajute natura și totodată au aflat în ce constă competiția FTC.

În centrul atenției s-a aflat chiar ECOrobotul, robot realizat din piese reciclate din roboții sezoanelor anterioare. Copiii au avut posibilitatea de a-l pilota strangând PET-uri reciclabile cu acesta.

Ne-a făcut plăcere să prezentăm acest proiect realizat de noi elevilor și sperăm că prin aceasta activitate vor dori să continue în domeniul roboticii.

🇬🇧 On April 3rd, our team had the opportunity to present the ecological project, the ECOrobot, to fifth grade students at Secondary School No. 197.

The students had the chance to learn about ecology and how it can be combined with robotics. They also had the task to imagine their own robots designed to help nature, while discovering what the FTC competition is all about.

At the center of attention was the ECOrobot itself, a robot built from recycled parts of robots from previous seasons. The children even had the opportunity to operate it, using it to collect recyclable plastic bottles.

We truly enjoyed presenting our project to the students and hope that this activity will inspire them to continue exploring the field of robotics.
