Throughout this program, they demonstrated dedication, curiosity, and perseverance 💡 while exploring innovative technologies and methodologies in the automotive field. ALTEN Romania was proud to have them as part of the team during this journey.

📌 The internship program was coordinated by Tirca, Engineering Competence Manager, whose guidance and commitment played a key role in ensuring the success of this initiative.

🌟 This experience represents an important step in both their professional and personal development, inspiring them to continue building their careers in engineering.

👏 Special thanks go to the mentors and colleagues who provided guidance and support, as well as to the Facultatea de Inginerie Electrică, POLITEHNICA București and academic partners for their valuable collaboration.

Azi sărbătorim Ziua Internațională a Actelor de Caritate (5 septembrie), o zi care ne amintește cât de mult contează solidaritatea și bunătatea dintre oameni. 💙

În acest context, am derulat campania „Echipează un copil pentru școală”, în colaborare cu Asociația MGM. Cu sprijinul colegilor noștri, am reușit să pregătim și să oferim ghiozdane complet echipate copiilor din medii defavorizate. 📚✏️

Această inițiativă arată că împreună putem aduce nu doar rechizite, ci și speranță, încredere și șansa unui început mai bun.
