✨ What you will do:

✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support (orders, billing, complaints, warranty claims);

✅ Process and monitor orders, invoices, and related documentation;

✅ Coordinate communication between dealers, customers, and internal teams;

✅ Track orders, deliveries, returns, and outstanding invoices;

✅ Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
