حالة لسن الرحى الأولى السفلية كانت قد خضعت سابقًا لعلاج عصب غير ناجح في عيادة أخرى، حيث كان المريض يعاني من ألم مستمر وعدم راحة. بعد الفحص السريري والشعاعي تبين وجود فشل في علاج العصب السابق وعدم الوصول الكامل إلى نهاية الجذور.

تم إجراء إعادة علاج جذور الأسنان (Retreatment) بعناية، وذلك من خلال إزالة حشوة العصب القديمة بالكامل، وتنظيف وتعقيم القنوات الجذرية، ثم الوصول إلى الطول الكامل للجذور وحشو القنوات بشكل صحيح ومحكم. بعد التأكد من نجاح العلاج واختفاء الأعراض، تم عمل تاج ( Crown ) لحماية السن واستعادة وظيفته الطبيعية.

المريض عبّر عن رضاه الكبير وامتنانه للنتيجة النهائية وشكر فريق العيادة على العناية والاهتمام وجودة العلاج.

A mandibular first molar previously treated with a failed root canal therapy at another clinic presented with persistent pain and discomfort. Clinical and radiographic examination revealed inadequate previous endodontic treatment with incomplete canal obturation.

Root canal retreatment was successfully performed by removing the old filling material, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the canals, achieving full working length, and completing a proper obturation of the root canal system. Following successful healing and resolution of symptoms, a full-coverage crown was placed to restore function and protect the tooth.

The patient was extremely satisfied with the outcome and expressed great appreciation and gratitude for the quality of care and treatment provided by our clinic.
