It breaks my heart each time I hear my clients self gaslight themselves.
It breaks my heart when I hear them minimizing their struggles as they wouldn't be valid...
I know that there is still so much stigma and misconceptions about mental illneses...and I am sorry if you had to experience it.
I am sorry if you have been misunderstood or mistreated, if you were shamed, blamed, rejected or ridiculed for your mental health condition.
Please know, that there are people out there that are willing to understand and accept you exactly as you are.
