For us InterviewsUp it was great to connect with the vibrant HR community in Chișinău, Moldova, and exchange perspectives on the future of work and talent management.

🤖🤝 A key theme throughout the event was the integration of AI into HR processes, from candidate screening and interviewing to onboarding, payroll, and administrative operations. The discussions highlighted several important considerations for organizations adopting AI-powered tools: addressing bias, ensuring legal and ethical compliance, and understanding the broader impact on organizational structures and teams.
