This traditional Italian cake is made with ricotta, semolina, milk, eggs, and fresh citrus zest, creating a texture somewhere between cheesecake and custard. Light, creamy, delicate, and impossible to stop eating after “just one bite.”

Originally made during Carnival season in Naples, today it’s comfort food at its finest.
