Our story begins back in 2012 when…

...we were inspired by a Belgian interior designer named Pascal Delmotte who had to manage his life between the business he has in Romania, his home in Switzerland and his business trips all over the world. He didn’t know exactly what he need it but from our first meeting we realised there were many people, like us, who loved to travel and wanted to push boundaries in terms of where they went and what they did. Yet because of their hectic working lives they had little time to research and plan such trips. The result of our cooperation was so spectacular that other requests followed soon and BBook was born, on the foundation of friendship between two people who wanted to do business travel differently. The name come out from an acronym and an abbreviation: "Business Bookings" but we didn’t wanted to be like the travel companies you’ll find in corporate buildings, or the impersonal booking engines you find online.

Fast forward to present date and we are now managing global private clients and official organisations with offices in Romania, Greece, Norway, Germany and Israel. We have organised official delegations with Ministers, Ambassadors, athletes from the Romanian national team on various sports, business delegations to congresses and events, team buildings, workforce migration programs, national Congresses and Conferences, workshops and informal events, all with creativity and desire to employ the most innovative ideas and original solutions.
