🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Community Impact!

This year marks a special milestone for the TELUS Digital Romania Community Board: 10 years of supporting meaningful initiatives that create positive change in communities across Romania.

We are grateful for the incredible interest shown in this year’s grant program, with an impressive 224 project proposals submitted by NGOs dedicated to making a difference.

After a thorough evaluation process, we are proud to announce the 8 projects selected for funding:

• Asociația M.A.M.E. – Little Stars Centre: Psycho-Emotional Support for Children with Life-Threatening Conditions and Their Families
• Asociația FREE – Femei Răscumpărate și Eliberate – Safe Minds, Safe Futures: Sustaining Mental Health Support for Survivors
• Little People Association – Focus on Courage: VR-Assisted Radiotherapy and Digital Therapy for Pediatric Cancer Patients in Timișoara
• Asociația Necuvinte – Her Health Matters: Improving Access to Health Services for Girls and Women

• Autism Voice Association – AI for SEN: School for All Through Technology
• Asociația Științifică – Smart Cities: Coding and Building the Future

• Asociația Harta Verde România – Eco-Lab: Innovative Youth Engagement at the Nature Research and Education Centre

As part of our : Plant the Seeds of Kindness programme, we hosted our very first Pollinator Protectors Masterclass - an inspiring virtual session filled with expert insights, practical ideas, and conversations that reminded us how powerful small actions can be.

From learning about the challenges pollinators face to discovering simple ways we can support biodiversity in our everyday lives, one message stood out clearly: every action counts.
