Wakeboard Workout – Day 3 (17 martie) Replay CrossFit

Antrenamentul a fost compus din exercitii specifice miscarilor de baza in wakeboarding. Am antrenat si dezvoltat:

1. Forta exploziva si puterea musculara a bratelor //umeri (air tricks // rotatii)

2. Abdomen

3. Coordonare

3. Echilibrul in mediu dinamic (balance board)

4. Mobilitate
