Maha Shivaratri greetings everyone. 🙏
If any of you like to use this holy day to increase your Spiritual capital, here is a simple recommendation that fits everyone.
* Make the lunch your last meal of the day. Do not eat anything after. Drinking water or herbal tea is ok.
* Have as a printout or as wallpaper on your phone, tab or computer, a picture of Arunachala hill to look at it from time to time
* Maintain silence, stay alone and chant in your mind... 'Șiva șiva' or 'Arunachala Șiva'
All the time.
*Continue the mental chanting practice atleast until an hour after. Midnight. Until 3 am is good. Until 4:30 very good.
* Start the practice after a shower around sunset and continue until 3 am
You may watch some Shiva worship videos that are live from India, as per your liking.. While you keep the mantra in your mind.
