A shift in perspective: Changing how we look at those we mentor, viewing them through the lens of trauma-informed understanding rather than judgment.

Practical skills: Learning how to ask questions in a way that sparks curiosity, engages attention, and guides people to find their own answers.

The multiplier effect: Investing in a few key people who can pass the knowledge down, ultimately impacting the lives of vulnerable children across Romania.

Fiecare copil are nevoie să știe că contează, că este auzit și că prezența lui are valoare. De multe ori, tot ce își doresc este pur și simplu să fim acolo, complet prezenți în viața lor.

Fii atent la copiii tăi. S-ar putea ca prin micile lor acțiuni sau comportamente dificile să îți spună, de fapt, doar atât: „Rămâi lângă mine”.
