📘 S. P. R. Method : The Fountain of Youth

⚠️ System ‼️‼️‼️
Aging is not happening in your skin.
It is happening in your systems.
Specifically four of them:
The nervous system
The vascular system
The lymphatic system
The fascial system
When these four are coherent, youth is automatic.
When they are dysregulated, aging accelerates… fast.
The nervous system is the master switch.
If it lives in chronic survival, it sends one command only:
“Preserve energy. Delay repair.”
That single command constricts blood vessels, thickens fascia, stagnates lymph, and starves tissue of oxygen.
This is why stress ages faster than time.
The vascular system feeds life.
When circulation is open, cells regenerate.
