All our apartments are located in a quiet, brand new residential area, called Asmita Gardens, which offers stunning views over the city centre. It is situated 5 km from the Old Center(Lipscani), 6 km from Romana Square, 7 km from the North Train Station (Gara de Nord), and 22 km from Henri Coanda International Airport. Tineretului Park and Carol Park are at a walking distance, and two shopping malls, Sun Plaza and Vitan Mall are 2 km away. Also, plenty of restaurants and cafes are available nearby.

The apartment complex hosts World Class Asmita Gardens, where our guests can buy a day pass and have access to the gym, spa, sauna, indoor pool and whirlpool bath, for the price of 31 euro per person. In the complex there are also the "La Doi Pasi" Supermarket, and Tower Play, a children playground.
