In 2026, salary transparency will no longer be optional for companies.

The European Directive on salary transparency is changing how organisations manage compensation, internal equity, and communication with employees.

On March 25, in Cluj, together with Get Frankly, we are hosting an executive briefing on what needs to be prepared in advance.

We will discuss:
• legal obligations and the implementation timeline
• pay gap reporting and litigation risks
• how to prepare managers for salary conversations
• how to implement salary transparency without internal friction

Who is it for?
Management, HR, Finance, and Legal leadership.

📍 Urania Social Hub, Cluj-Napoca
📅 March 25 | 17:30–20:30

Real partnerships are built over time, through clarity, trust, and shared responsibility.
Here is what working with our partners at Cărăbaș, Lungu - Societate Civilă de Avocați , via Legal Accelerators, looked like for Transilvania IT Cluster:

If you are building a company, you probably know this already.
Working with lawyers can sometimes feel rigid or disconnected from how businesses actually operate.

We have seen that too.

A business lawyer should do more than point out risks. They should help you understand your options, think strategically, and move forward with clarity.

That is why at Legal Accelerators we work with Cărăbaș, Lungu - Societate Civilă de Avocați. They approach legal work as long-term partners, taking the time to explain, listen, and support real business decisions.

They are closely connected to the innovation ecosystem and used to solving complex, sometimes unconventional challenges in a practical and calm way.

Good legal support does not slow progress.
It supports sustainable growth.

We are here to build long-term partnerships.

Most founders are building AI products assuming training data will stay cheap and unlimited. That assumption is starting to break.

A new global policy proposal (AIPPI Resolution Q295 - non-binding, but a clear signal) shows where AI copyright regulation is heading.

Soon, training AI on copyrighted data will likely require authorization and large-scale “free scraping” is becoming legally high-risk.
Exceptions will mostly apply to research and education, not commercial products. Transparency around training data will become mandatory.

AI outputs will be judged like human-created ones. If your product generates content that is too close to existing work, liability may follow - depending on who controls it and how it’s used.

This turns training data into a strategic asset, not just a technical detail.

Founders who prepare early will gain speed, trust, and regulatory advantage.
