Last week, we had a full house in the office as our colleagues from Moldova joined us in Cluj for a couple of days.

Being a team player is one of our core values. Even though we manage to stay connected online, these face-to-face interactions are a must. Real talks, fast decisions, new ideas, and new memories. It was amazing!

Looking forward to our next reunion.

Some of our oldest clients came to visit this week, a team from the Netherlands we’ve been building with for years. A couple of days. A lot of ground covered.

We talked about what it actually means to become AI-first, not as a marketing line, but at the infrastructure level. The agenda pretty much wrote itself:

✅ How to prepare the codebase for an AI-first architecture
✅ What needs to change on the website and in internal workflows
✅ Which agents are worth building now and which can wait
✅ How to create a company second brain that actually works across departments, not just for one team

Long-term partnerships are useful for exactly this kind of conversation. There’s enough trust to be honest about what’s not working and ambitious about what could be.
