𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 wrapped up today with a celebration of both team and individual achievements.

Over the past month, the energy kept building:

• 28 teams joined the step challenge, reaching an impressive 74 million steps

• Inspiring sessions covered everything from sports nutrition and first aid to Garmin Connect Nutrition Tracking provided by 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘀; 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗷 and 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘂

• Training stayed consistent with running sessions, HIIT, Pilates, and Postural Alignment-focused workouts with our guests Ionut Rada, Ibanescu Bogdan, Yourdailypilates Studio and 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗚𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗵𝗮.

Today was all about progress, and what’s possible when the bar keeps moving up. And recharging the right way: with some healthy sweets.

It wasn’t just a competition, but a mix of collaboration, encouragement, and healthy competitiveness that kept everyone going.

And the best part? Training together. Learning together.
