Powerfull Deeds

Unii oameni consideră conexiunea și crearea de "rețele de oameni", de comunități ca pe o abilitate „soft”, dar într-adevăr este o abilitate de bază a oamenilor care doresc dezvoltare, profesional și personal, așa că este absolut esențial să fii deschis pentru a crea relații la locul de muncă și peste tot.

Poate apărea teama de a crea relații false, pentru că de obicei știm puține despre oamenii cu care interacționăm în fiecare zi.

Le putem vedea „exteriorul” – comportamentele și interacțiunile lor – dar nu avem nicio idee despre viețile lor interioare: trecutul, pierderile, sentimentele, traumele, luptele, regretele, durerile sau gândurile lor.

Este ca un aisberg, vedem suprafața, dar cea mai mare parte este sub apă. Relațiile sunt un instrument excelent pentru autoeducație și creștere, dar ceea ce am înțeles este că pentru mine un factor important de încredere pentru a merge la evenimente de networking și a fi deschis pentru conexiune este organizația/persoana care organizează evenimentul, online sau live.

A fi deschis pentru conexiune, deschide ușa pentru a recunoaște complexitatea, realitatea și umanitatea celor din jurul nostru și ar putea crea legături semnificative care pot transforma viitorul nostru personal sau viitorul organizației pe care o reprezentăm și să conducă la posibilități surprinzător de pozitive, oportunități profesionale și prietenii uimitoare. ❤️

Some people think of connection and networking as a “soft” skill, but really it is a core skill of people wanting development, professionally and personally, so it's absolutely essential to be open to create relationships in the workplace and everywhere. Might appear the fear of creation of fake relationships, because usually we know little about the people we interact with every day. We can see their “outsides” – their behaviours and interactions – but we really have no idea about their inner lives: their pasts, their losses, feelings, traumas, struggles, regrets, pains, or thoughts. It is like iceberg, we see the surface, but the big part is under the water. Relationships are a great tool for self education and growth, but what I have understood is that for me an important factor of trust to go to networking events and be open for connection, is the organization / person that is organizing the event, online or live.


Being open for connection, opens us the door for recognizing the complexity, the reality, and the humanity of those around us and might create meaningful bonds that can transform our future or the future of organization we represent and lead to surprisingly positive possibilities, opportunities professional and amazing friendships. ❤️
