Radioo is a Universal App template which stores free online radio stations into a flexible Parse Dashboard database hosted on http://back4app.com, all .m3u file links from SHOUTcast.com. You have to download the M3U files and extract the streaming URL from them, then simply paste them into your own Parse Dashboard to create playlists.
You can play radio stations anywhere with a 3G or WiFi connection, add radios to favorites (login/sign up required) and select your radio channels by Genre, and share the radio you’re listening to the world.

FindMe is a Universal App Template where you can post your profile and have users find you by name, keywords, tags. The search nearby button searches for users around your current location. You can also search for interesting people from all around the world, report abusive/offensive users and favorite the ones you like. Each user will have the option to showcase his/her works by the spotlight button in his/her profile screen, you can set any link to it, from Facebook, Twitter or other social network sites to your YouTube channel, website, blog, article, etc.

Since its backend is by Parse Server, you don’t have to buy any domain/hosting, there are NO php files to upload to a web server so you’ll save some money for server side.

MyHotel is a complete Universal app template you can use to create an app for your own hotel without needing a website.
You can update your Hotel data (name, description, gallery, rooms, etc.) via your own Parse Dashboard or Adminca.com CMS panel for Parse SDK, so you don’t need to submit updates to the Play Store when you have to add/update some info about your business.

Android 12 officially launched yesterday, even if it’s not quite ready for most of us to use just yet. Still, phone manufacturers are making good time on testing builds for their respective devices. OnePlus 9 owners gained an invite to an Open Beta yesterday, and now it’s Samsung’s turn to extend the offer. Nearly a month after the One UI 4 testing program launched, a new beta is here with plenty of enhancements in tow.

The most significant change here, bar none, is the addition of Material You support. We’ve wondered for a while how much of Google’s slick dynamic theming engine would make its way to other devices, but it seems Samsung is among the group taking advantage of the feature. SamMobile reports they had to reboot more than once to apply changes to their phone, so don’t be surprised if it’s not in perfect working order just yet.

It’s not a 1:1 port of Material You, however. Samsung has renamed it “Color theme” under wallpapers in settings, and the hues seem to be more vibrant to fit One UI’s look better. We’ll have to wait and see how it fairs in the final release set for later this year, but for now, it’s great to see one of the biggest changes in Android 12 brought over.
Otherwise, this is your typical “second beta release,” fixing as many bugs from the initial launch as possible and adding a few more minor features that didn’t make the original cut. A new mic mode toggle promises to improve video calls, Samsung’s keyboard should be more accurate when typing, and “RAM Plus” adds virtual RAM to your device to help improve performance (at the cost of some storage space). October’s security patch is also included with this update.

Hey! is a Universal App Template where you can send short messages like hey! to all those friends who are registered in the app with just a tap. It’s that simple, the simplest communication app ever.
You can search for friends by name in the Search screen, add them to your Friends list and send them a hey!, attach a picture to it or your current location, or simple text of the selected hey!. They will receive a Push Notification and can easily reply to your “hey!” by sending it back.
Users are able to block/unblock other users, remove them from their list and make a group of friends to send heys! all at once, again, with just a tap!
