The time has come for this too 🌞: the GOURMET BRONZING-TANNING OIL!

✅It has a strong antioxidant effect
✅supports even tanning, while deeply hydrates
✅protects the skin against external influences.
✅With regular use, IT MAKES THE SKIN MORE RESILIENT.
✅Made with extra virgin, organic ingredients
✅Scent: radiant, sweet-fruity, yet refreshingly minty.

It is best applied to damp skin, as it spreads very easily that way (can be combined with plain water, floral water, or the MIMOSA BALM. I also recommend using the Mimosa Balm as an after-sun skincare product due to its excellent soothing and moisturizing effects).

You can find them on the ORDER FORMS (links in comments), or purchase them in person on Thursday afternoons at Piata Eco Lokal Oradea - Lokál Ökopiac Nagyvárad

And I promise I’ll restock the 15–20 SPF “Solar Serenade” sunscreen range by next week!

We cannot, even with the greatest goodwill, call refined oils “natural”… 🫣

➡️ Because refining is a CHEMICAL-INTENSIVE PROCESS, during which the oil is treated in multiple stages—causing direct environmental impact as well…

➡️ USE OF HEXANE: To extract the oil, a petrochemical solvent—hexane—is often used. It is a volatile organic compound, and any leakage contributes to air pollution.

➡️ Alkaline treatment and bleaching: Free fatty acids are removed by caustic soda washing, and the color is corrected using bleaching earth—both of which generate significant amounts of industrial wastewater and solid waste.

➡️ And let’s not forget: the raw materials themselves are typically produced through CHEMICAL-INTENSIVE AGRICULTURE, which leads to soil depletion—not to mention the poor quality of the final product…

You can sugarcoat it, dress it up… but the truth is: refined oils have no place in a “natural” cosmetic (or in any “natural” product).

🧐 Or am I being too strict? Well, everyone can decide for themselves… What is absolutely certain, though, is that EkoMoka products do not contain even traces of refined oils—let alone palm oil. In fact, I work with organic/Demeter-certified ingredients, and source as much as possible from local organic farmers 😊

My soaps:
✅ are made using the cold process method,
✅ from scratch, using unrefined organic fats,
✅ with my own macerates and herbs from my garden/wild flora,
✅ enriched with organic essential oils and colored with plant-based dyes,
✅ cured for a minimum of 1 month (usually more),
✅ contain 5–8% “superfat” (unsaponified, skin-nourishing oils)

I’m not claiming they’re cheap—but considering the quality of the ingredients (ORGANIC, even DEMETER-certified, homegrown/foraged/processed herbs) and the work involved (I don’t use a “ready-made soap base”—I make REAL HANDCRAFTED SOAP), I believe they are fairly priced.

In the photos: the CURRENT SELECTION—two new products and two “classics” in a new look:

🐸 “Zen” – with green clay & local herbs: chamomile, nettle, lemon balm, mint, lavender, calendula, rosemary – mildly antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, balancing (body & mind)

🌹 “ROYAL ROSE” – with rose, red clay, and ylang-ylang – nourishing, regenerating soap with 8% caring superfat

🐝 “Flower poWDer” – with pollen, beeswax, and fair trade coffee – gently exfoliating, rich in skin-nourishing apitherapy ingredients, with 8% superfat

🍷 “RED WINE” – with red wine, activated charcoal, and anise – boosts circulation, cleanses pores, mood-enhancing

This week you can find ekoMoka products:

📌 Thursday 16:00–19:00 at Piata Eco Lokal Oradea - Lokál Ökopiac Nagyvárad at Lokal Pub (herbal cosmetic products only)
📌 Saturday 12:00–20:00 at the Spring Family Day (event link in comments) in Diosig (I’ll also bring rust- and plant-dyed clothes and feather earrings!)
📌 If you’re far away geographically but close at heart 💚… you can find the ORDER FORMS in coimments.

Well, that turned out quite long—I wonder who made it to the end 😁

But I truly hope to meet many of you at the Local Eco Market—the county’s only real eco market—and/or on Saturday at the Szőnyi Winery event in Diosig…

Cheers! 🥂😊
