When people have patience to understand the things ,and accumulate skills,the amazing results of the method is certain!!!!
Unfortunately, there are still people that are in a rush, 🦘 jumping from one basic exercise to one advanced,or even super advanced, thinking that this they will do a great work!!!!
Completely wrong I would say!!!
