Whether I work hard, plan a lesson, a language-immersion camp, a training session, whether I travel or wanderlust, I have an incredible for . Life's not always easy, it's got its ups and downs and bumps in the road. However, bad times are always followed by incredibly good times and both are part of this wonderful journey called L I F E. When we're at our lowest it's important to really take it all in and let that low overwhelm us, not run away from it or dismiss it. Our lows are part of this wonderful journey called LIFE, we need to take notice, keep a watchful eye, go deep within and see what's really hurting and act lovingly on the healing.

When good times are back we'll appreciate and enjoy them even more! Life's a rollercoaster and truly fascinating with all its ups and downs.
