We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic and constantly following the current guidance from the leading government and health authorities to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our customers, employees and the communities where we operate.
Please also know that we continue to maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness. In addition for practicing preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities, all of our vehicles go through a rigorous, multi-step cleaning process for each rental, meaning:
• We have enhanced our cleaning methods at our locations including using approved disinfectant to regularly wipe down high-touch areas such as door handles, counters and other hard surfaces.
• We’ve added more alcohol-based hand sanitizers and are reminding the stuff to take important hygiene steps (including frequent handwashing and staying home if ill).
• For the vehicles, we are reinforcing our rigorous cleaning process which includes priority areas such as door handles, steering wheel, dashboard, console, seats, etc.
