10 picaturi de Lavanda

10 picaturi de Lemon
10 picaturi de Tamaie
10-15 picaturi de Oregano in functie de durere
10-15 picaturi de Helichrysum sau Vanilie de Madagascar (au aceeasi substanta de baza si vanilia e mai accesibila la pret)
Completam cu uleinde cocos fractionat.
Aplicam pe sani, ocolind sfarcurile, de cel putin 3 ori pe zi, daca nodulii sunt mai mari si durerosi, putem aplica de 5-6 ori pe zi pentru rezultate uimitoare.
