About the teacher: Simona Skøttrup Fironda
With many years of experience in the field of movement, Simona has a good knowledge of working with the body, she started with the circus and partner acrobatic training and so she discovered yoga and developed towards a more holistic approach using breathwork, meditation, and shamanism for applying her knowledge of body, mind and spirit connection.
When it comes to her education, craving for knowledge, Simona has traveled the world for more than 3 years living in different Ashrams and learning from different cultures in order to find her inner calling.
Among her studies are 100h AcroYoga, 200RYT Hatha Yoga and Pranayama, 300RYT Vinyasa Yoga and Breathwork, and 500RYT Kaula Ta**ra Yoga, Meditation and Shamanism.
With an experience of more than 5 years, Simona’s main interest as a teacher lies in having a holistic approach to the client and their treatment.
She combines techniques from the classical Hatha yoga and Pranayama (breathwork) together with the Ta***ic philosophy of life. Focusing on bringing the practitioners into their own body, they begin to intuitively understand the body and its own limitations, becoming stronger and more flexible by releasing body parts related to emotional tightness and blockages. Therefore she calls her teachings Organic Movement- OM Space.

Kaula Ta**ra Yoga
Kaula Ta**ra Yoga- is a restorative practice that can be described as meditation through movement using techniques from traditional Hatha Yoga, combined with a unique philosophy of life. Focus on being in the present with the help of breathing techniques. This type of yoga invites you to build certain patience within each asana so that you begin to intuitively understand your body and its own limitations. The goal is to become stronger and more flexible by releasing body parts related to emotional blockages. At this yoga school there is no right or wrong practice. The series brings practitioners into their own bodies so they can feel what works for them at that particular moment. Both for those who are new to yoga and for those who have practiced before. You do not need any prior knowledge to join. The lesson ends with a nice relaxation and you will feel lighter at heart and in the body after class. Open level
Breathing Meditation
Breathing techniques (pranayama) require us to remember that this metabolic action is so much more than just a physical process. Breathing well creates well-being, relieves anxiety, and allows us to live better. So, incorporating 4 effective breathing techniques into daily life can help us to live more conscious, focused, and harmonious. Most people have not stopped to analyze the way they breathe. In fact, "why should we do that?" It is a good question. Our body is almost a perfect machine that automatically performs many processes, guaranteeing our survival. You need to breathe better to live your life to the fullest, and these techniques can help: diaphragmatic breathing, alternating nostrils, the breath of fire or kapalabhati, and visualized breathing techniques. Yoga for body stiffness
Yoga for body stiffness - A quiet yoga session focusing on strength, flexibility, precision, and range of motion. Yoga for body stiffness is a calm therapeutic yoga form and therefore provides a good relaxation in a demanding everyday life. We seek attention inwardly on the conscious use of breathing throughout the hour. Some of the positions we hold for an extended period (2-5 minutes) to open and stretch connective tissue, deep muscles, and joints/ligaments. This will help you release physical and mental tensions. The lesson ends with a nice relaxation and you will feel lighter at heart and in the body after class. This is an addition to the pure Yin Yoga, and we hold the positions somewhat shorter in this class and offer several standing positions and various disputes and balance exercises. Yoga for body stiffness is good training for all levels. You do not need any prior knowledge to join.
Deep Relaxation Yoga
Deep Relaxation Yoga is a physical form of yoga where we learn the basic positions, which include sitting, standing, inverted (upside down), forward bend, and backward bend, using techniques from traditional Hatha Yoga, combined with breathing techniques from Pranayama and the practice of Meditation. Hatha yoga is one of the main branches of yoga, and many of the newer forms of yoga have been based on hatha yoga. "Ha" means sun, and "tha" means moon, and hatha yoga is about balancing these two opposites. "Ha" is also the masculine and active part, and "tha" is the feminine, calm side. Using Pranayama techniques we will take the practice to the next level, working directly on the nervous system training the lungs and improving the capacity of the respiratory system. Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga and it can be translated into an extension of the breath or more accurately, “extension of the life force itself.”For example, one hour can start with simple meditation with breathing technique before switching to single positions or a series of positions, before finally relaxing the body. In hatha yoga, the body learns to become stronger, become more flexible, and achieve better balance. You also work mentally and train your head to become more focused and concentrated, and you learn to relax both mind and body. Both for those who are new to yoga and for those who have practiced before. You do not need any prior knowledge to join.
