🌌 This is your sign to join the European Solidarity Corps as a volunteer at F**T!

We are looking for Romanian nationals or residents to be volunteers for the 5th edition of our beloved Youth Summer Fest!

From 19 July to 17 August, you will become part of a dynamic international and local team working in Timișoara and Lugoj, two youthful communities in western Romania.

Throughout the project, volunteers will not only support activities but also take part in workshops and learning sessions before moving into facilitation roles themselves.

You can contribute in one of three main areas:

🧑‍🏫 Facilitation
Support and gradually facilitate workshops on topics such as public speaking, career preparation, creativity, and youth participation, while co-leading artistic activities alongside experienced facilitators.

💻 Media & Promotion
Create social media content, document activities, share impactful stories, and help raise awareness about youth engagement and community participation.

🤝 Logistics & Events
Help prepare activity spaces, support cultural events, coordinate materials, and contribute to creating an organized festival.

📝 We are a match if:
You are between 18 and 30 years old.
You speak English and Romanian at a conversational level.
You are enthusiastic about education, creativity, facilitation, and youth engagement.
You are open-minded, proactive, flexible, and motivated to learn.
You enjoy working in teams and contributing to community projects.
